Q: How soon can I pick up my package?
A: We, of all people, understand the urgency of fashion! It is always a good idea to wait for the order confirmation before going to pick up your order. We do need some time to assemble your order and sometimes we need additional time to transport between store locations. So, sometimes it is within an hour...and sometimes it can be up to 48 hours.
Q: Should I call once I place the order?
A: We will contact you once we have confirmed the order and location pickups. BUT we always love to hear from you so feel free to call us with any questions.
Q: Can I expedite an order?
A: We aim to please, so please let us know if there is a level of urgency needed. We will do what we can to exceed your expectations. You can note this in the comment field of your order or just call/email us.
Q: I have placed an order but won't be able to pick it up for several days. Is this a problem?
A: No problem. Your order has been secured, and we will gladly keep it company until you are able to pick it up.
